2. Commitment and scope

AVANCEM AMB VOSTE, S.L. is committed to improving its website’s accessibility so that everyone, including people with disabilities, can consult its information and use its services.

This information applies to avannubo.com. Our aim is to move towards an accessible experience using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a reference. This reference does not constitute certification of the site.

3. Regulatory framework

Digital accessibility is governed by different rules depending on the entity, service and conditions of provision. Royal Decree 1112/2018 concerns public-sector websites and applications and covers other cases, such as certain sites receiving public funding for their design or maintenance.

Title I of Law 11/2023 of 8 May establishes accessibility requirements for certain products and services, including electronic communications and ecommerce services provided to consumers. Its provisions have applied since 28 June 2025, subject to the exclusions, exceptions and transitional measures set out in the law.

The specific obligations of each service must reflect its legal scope. This page does not declare a general exemption from accessibility obligations.

4. Accessibility status

Assessment status: awaiting comprehensive verification.

The documentation and structural review used to prepare this statement is partial. It does not amount to a complete audit of all pages, documents and features, nor does it establish full or partial conformance with an accessibility standard.

Determining that level will require completing the assessment with automated and manual checks, including keyboard use and assistive technologies. The results will identify specific barriers, affected criteria and corrective measures.

5. Limitations and areas awaiting review

  • Forms: some fields are identified through placeholder text inside the field without an associated visible label. Their labelling requires review to make them easier to identify and complete using assistive technologies.
  • Downloadable documents: the accessibility of available PDFs and other files has not been fully verified. If you have difficulty accessing them, you can request the information in an accessible format.
  • Interaction and presentation: a comprehensive check of contrast in both themes, visible focus, keyboard navigation, animations and screen reader compatibility is pending.

This list is not an exhaustive inventory of non-compliance. It will be expanded or corrected based on assessment results and issues reported by users.

This statement does not invoke a disproportionate burden exemption. Any exclusion from a standard’s scope must be justified under its conditions and is not assumed merely because a document is old or a resource is provided by a third party.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on , based on a documentation review and a partial review of the site’s structure. This review does not have the scope of certification or a comprehensive audit.

The content will be reviewed when additional assessment results are available or significant website changes are introduced.

To locate the problem, provide the page address or document name, describe the difficulty and state the response format or channel you need. Where useful, you can specify the browser or assistive technology used. You do not need to provide a medical diagnosis or information about your health.

Communications will be received and handled by AVANCEM AMB VOSTE, S.L. We will review your request and inform you of the response, available alternatives or planned actions through your chosen channel wherever possible.

If the response does not resolve the difficulty, you can request a review through the same channels. This does not limit your right to contact the competent administrative or judicial authorities or, in consumer relationships, consumer protection bodies.

8. Options to make browsing easier

You can use your browser’s and operating system’s accessibility options to adjust the display. In most desktop browsers, the zoom menu lets you enlarge or reduce the page.

  • Zoom in: Ctrl + + on Windows and Linux, or ⌘ + + on macOS.
  • Zoom out: Ctrl + − on Windows and Linux, or ⌘ + − on macOS.
  • Reset zoom: Ctrl + 0 on Windows and Linux, or ⌘ + 0 on macOS.
  • Move through controls with the keyboard: Tab to move forward and Shift + Tab to move backwards.

The header selector lets you choose between light and dark themes. You can also use your browser’s options to change text size and colours, or use your operating system’s magnification and contrast features.
