We design and install professional WiFi networks tailored to each space’s characteristics (areas, users, demand...) to size coverage correctly and ensure a stable, efficient connection.
WiFi design and structure
Stable, high-performance connectivity in every space, with greater coverage, performance and security
We design your WiFi network to ensure consistent, stable coverage tailored to your business needs. We analyse the environment, space layout and number of users and devices to determine the optimal location for each access point.
We survey the premises beforehand to identify potential weak-coverage areas and plan efficient, secure WiFi infrastructure.

WiFi installation and management
Professional, scalable installations without disruption, with centralised management
We install and configure enterprise-grade WiFi networks to provide fast, stable and reliable connectivity across all your spaces. We use access points sized to each installation’s needs, with centralised management for easy monitoring, maintenance and expansion.
Smooth connectivity even as users move around the premises, thanks to roaming between access points.

CCTV and time attendance
We install integrated video surveillance and time attendance systems so you can monitor your premises and manage employee clocking from a single system.
CCTV video surveillance
We protect your business with high-definition IP cameras installed indoors and outdoors, tailored to each area’s needs. We plan coverage strategically to monitor entrances, warehouses and critical areas, deter intrusions and provide clear evidence of any incident.
Indoor and outdoor IP cameras, with continuous or motion-triggered recording
Centralised recorder (NVR) with remote access from a mobile or any device
Coverage of entrances, warehouses and critical areas
Integrated time attendance
We integrate a time attendance system that automates employee time tracking in compliance with current employment regulations. It automatically records arrivals, departures and hours worked, and generates reports ready for payroll and statutory timekeeping.
Clocking by fingerprint, card or mobile app
Automatic recording of arrivals, departures and hours worked
Reports ready for payroll and statutory timekeeping
Each employee can access their own history and review errors.

FAQs
We answer common questions about structured cabling, rack cabinets, WiFi, CCTV and time attendance.
What does a business need to install a good IT network?
A business network needs cabling sized for its intended use, suitable networking hardware, WiFi access points, protected communications and a tidy installation. Cable category, socket numbers and power requirements should be defined for the project. Avannubo analyses the space and operations before designing the infrastructure and installing its components.
How many network points does each workstation need?
The number depends on the equipment and intended use. Two sockets per workstation can be a planning reference, but some phones share a connection and some workstations have different needs. Printers, WiFi, cameras and expansion should also be considered. Avannubo sizes network points to avoid limitations and make installation growth easier.
How do I choose the right rack size for my business?
Add up the space needed for equipment, patch panels and organisers, and reserve room for expansion. Usable depth, load capacity, rails, power and ventilation also matter. Height is expressed in U units of 44.45 mm. The rack should be selected according to the dimensions and requirements of the specific equipment.
Why does equipment in a rack overheat?
Overheating may result from high ambient temperatures, insufficient ventilation, obstructions or recirculation of hot air. The layout should follow each manufacturer’s specified airflow; leaving gaps between devices does not always improve cooling. Check cabling, cooling, panels and sensors. Avannubo organises racks around their installation and operating conditions.
What is roaming on a business WiFi network?
Roaming lets a device switch access points as it moves around the premises. Its operation depends on the device, coverage and network configuration. Good design can reduce interruptions but does not guarantee seamless transitions on every device. Avannubo plans WiFi to support mobility and application continuity.
What is the difference between IP and analogue cameras?
IP cameras transmit video over a data network; analogue cameras use other technologies and usually coaxial cabling. Resolution, power and features depend on the model: not all IP cameras include PoE, and not all analogue cameras have low resolution. The choice should consider image quality, existing infrastructure, recording and security.
What is an NVR in video surveillance?
An NVR is a recorder that receives and stores video from compatible IP cameras. It may manage recording, playback and user access, depending on its features. It should be sized for the number of cameras, image quality and retention period. Remote access, when enabled, needs appropriate protection and permissions.
What obligations does a business have when installing surveillance cameras?
It must justify the purpose and proportionality of surveillance, inform people that it is in place and limit image capture and access. In the workplace, cameras must not be installed in toilets, changing rooms or rest and recreation areas. As a general rule, images are deleted after one month, subject to legal exceptions for preserving evidence and making it available to the competent authority.
Is recording employees’ working hours mandatory?
As a general rule, the company must record each employee’s daily start and finish times and retain the records for four years. They must be available to employees, their representatives and the Labour Inspectorate. The recording arrangements must comply with applicable regulations and employment-specific circumstances.
Which clocking system should I choose: card, app or fingerprint?
Cards and apps can record working hours without using biometric data. The choice should consider reliability, accessibility, privacy and working practices. Using fingerprints to uniquely identify a person requires, in addition to a legal basis, a valid exception to the prohibition on processing specially protected data. A necessity assessment or employee consent alone is not sufficient.
