Avannubo Cloud
Fully owned infrastructure located in Spain
We are a cloud provider with high-availability infrastructure, included backups, round-the-clock technical support and four of our own data centres in Spain.
Avannubo cloud servers
A cloud solution with the flexibility to handle any type of project and keep pace with your business, backed by technical support to help you in any situation.
Cloud servers for businesses
Your team’s tools, accessible online.
With Avannubo’s cloud server, you host files, applications and databases in an online environment. Your team can use company resources from different locations, making it easier to work across offices and remotely while reducing the need to maintain servers in the office.
More capacity when your business needs it.
We size the service around the applications you use and the volume of information you handle. As you add more documents or new projects, you can expand storage on the same platform without buying new servers.
Colocation on our own infrastructure
Make the most of your servers in a professional environment while retaining control of your systems.
Server housing or colocation
Your hardware, hosted in our data centres.
Colocation means hosting your physical servers at a specialist provider’s facilities. With Avannubo, your equipment is hosted in our data centres in Spain and remains yours. You decide its configuration, the applications it runs and how to manage your data.
Hybrid infrastructure for every need.
Combine your equipment with Avannubo’s cloud services to create hybrid infrastructure. You can keep applications that require it on your own hardware and host new services in the cloud: a way to make the most of your investment and expand your business’s options.

4 Avannubo centres
Support from four strategically located centres to maintain business continuity.
Strategically planned infrastructure
2 in Barcelona · 1 in Girona · 1 in Madrid
Distributing our data centres across different cities allows us to design solutions that reduce dependence on a single location. This geographical separation helps limit the impact of local incidents, such as power supply or connectivity problems.
Business continuity planned around each company
Depending on your project’s needs, we can plan backups and replication between locations to protect your data and make recovery easier. The strategy is defined around your critical applications and the recovery time your operations require.
Quality cloud services
Our own state-of-the-art infrastructure and specialist technical team deliver a reliable, efficient cloud platform ready to grow with your business.
OUR OWN INFRASTRUCTURE
Our own cloud with four data centres in Spain.

Frequently asked questions
We answer your questions about cloud servers, colocation, backups and technical support.
What is a cloud server and how does a business use one?
A cloud server provides processing, memory and storage resources through a provider’s infrastructure. It can host applications, files, databases or desktops without installing the corresponding hardware in the office. Avannubo offers cloud solutions on its own infrastructure in Spain, sized to suit each business’s applications and operations.
Is it better to keep servers in the cloud or in the office?
It depends on the applications, connectivity, security and total cost of each option. The cloud makes remote access and resource expansion easier; on-premises infrastructure may be suitable when there are specific integration or operational requirements. Both can also be combined. Avannubo analyses each environment before proposing a migration or upgrade.
What is server housing or colocation?
Colocation means hosting your own servers in a data centre that provides space, power, cooling and connectivity according to the contracted service. The business retains ownership of its equipment and can continue managing it or contract management separately. Avannubo offers colocation for businesses that need to host their hardware in a professional environment.
What is the difference between a cloud server and colocation?
With a cloud server, you rent resources on the provider’s platform without supplying the hardware that runs them. With colocation, you host your own equipment at its facilities. The investment, hardware responsibilities and approach to expanding capacity differ. Avannubo offers both options and can combine them in a solution tailored to your business.
Why does it matter where my business’s data is hosted?
Data location affects latency, service continuity and data protection obligations. Hosting information in Spain makes it easier to know where it is, but does not by itself guarantee GDPR compliance or rule out access from other countries. Providers, sub-processors, the contract and any international transfers must also be reviewed.
What is high availability in a cloud service?
High availability uses redundancy and recovery mechanisms to reduce interruptions caused by certain failures. It may include redundant servers, storage, power and network connections. It does not mean there will never be downtime, nor does it replace backups. Review the design, planned maintenance and service level agreement of the contracted solution.
What are the benefits of having data centres in several cities?
Geographical separation allows backups, replication and recovery to be designed around another location, reducing dependence on a single site. However, having several centres does not mean that all services are automatically replicated. Avannubo defines the distribution and recovery of each environment according to its critical applications and continuity objectives.
What is hybrid infrastructure?
Hybrid infrastructure combines on-premises or colocated resources with interconnected cloud services. It allows some applications to remain on your own equipment while using the cloud for other needs, such as additional capacity or recovery. Its design must address communications, security, administration and costs. Avannubo integrates these environments around each business’s operations.
How are a business’s servers migrated to the cloud?
Migration begins with an inventory of applications, data and dependencies. The target environment is then designed, workloads tested and the change planned with backups and a rollback procedure. Go-live should include checks on functionality, performance and access. Avannubo plans the migration to reduce its impact on operations.
How often should a business back up its data?
The frequency depends on how much information the business can afford to lose: some applications need backups several times a day. As a reference, the 3-2-1 strategy keeps three copies of the data on two types of media, with one off-site. Add protection against deletion or encryption and test restores. Backup frequency, retention and recovery should be defined for each service.
